Eduardo Padro is a justice for the New York County Supreme Court, Criminal Term in the 1st Judicial District of New York. He was elected to this position in 2002 and his current term expires in 2015.

Padro received his B.A. degree from Yale University in 1975 and his J.D. degree from the New York University School of Law in 1980.

Padro began his career in 1980 as a staff attorney for the Legal Aid Society. In 1985 and 1986, he worked as an associate law assistant to an acting justice. He was then promoted to principal law assistant and worked in this capacity through 1987. From 1988 until his judicial appointment in 1993, he was a principal law clerk to a New York Judge. He was then appointed to the New York City Civil Court, where he served through 2001. He was elected New York County Supreme Court in 2002.
