ASPIRA currently has offices in the Latino communities of major cities in Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Massachusetts, The Mid-Atlantic, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Puerto Rico. Each local office operates many programs that grow out of the local site’s specific conditions but have in common the ASPIRA Process model and ASPIRA’s commitment to leadership development and education.

With ASPIRA’s broader network of 5,000 community-based organizations, school districts, local and national policymakers, and corporate representatives, the local offices receive information and assistance, if needed, from ASPIRA’s Washington, D.C.-based National Office.
