In our constant effort to provide technical assistance to the associate offices we have designed our extranet. Here you will find examples of proposals, budget templates, ASPIRA presentations, manuals (programs and administrative), curricular materials, report and program evaluation forms, and administrative forms .If you need access to files not included in these pages please contact: John Villamil. We encourage your office to share documents, information sources and resources with other associate offices. 

If you have a file, link or other resource that you want to share with your colleagues send an e-mail to John Villamil with an attachment. 

How to use the ASPIRA Intranet:

In order to open the files contained in these pages you will need Microsoft Office. Documents have been classified in several categories as shown below. Select and click on the category you are interested, a new page will open, select and click the preferred document. The file will be open in the application it was developed (Word, Power Point, Excel or Access). To copy the file to your computer use the "Save As" command under the File menu.
